Sort & Move-Ready

Starting at $695

A lifetime of belongings sorted, and your family ready for move day without the overwhelm.

A room-by-room sort with you: keep, sell, donate, and toss, with a "hold" pile for hard decisions
Photos of every room before, during, and after, shared with family
Donation drop-offs and junk-haul coordination for what isn't coming along
An introduction to a trusted, licensed local moving partner, with the move date set around your plan
Every box labeled by room in the new home, ready for move day

Package 2

Ready to Sell

Starting at $995

Everything in Sort & Move-Ready, plus a house that's ready for the market, without your family managing a single appointment.

A room-by-room "ready to list" walkthrough and punch list, built with your agent's timeline
Bringing in our trusted cleaners, landscapers, and handymen, scheduled in the right order
Being on-site to let partners in and check their work, so family doesn't have to take time off
Donation and junk-haul coordination for everything that isn't coming along
A final tidy and photo-ready staging touches, using what's already in the home
Photo updates for family as each job gets done

Package 3

Full Transition

Starting at $1,495

Everything in Packages 1 and 2, plus a warm welcome in the new home. Our most complete package.

A floor-plan layout of the new home, so you know what fits before move day
On move day, directing where every piece goes in the new place
Unpacking and setting up: kitchen ready, closets hung, bathroom stocked
The "warm welcome" touches for the first night: bed made, familiar photos up, favorite chair in its spot
A follow-up settle-in visit after the move to adjust anything that isn't working

How partner costs work: you hire and pay our partners directly for their own work. That includes the moving company, cleaners, landscapers, handymen, junk haulers, and any estate sale company (which keeps a share of what sells). Our price covers our part: the planning, sorting, coordinating, and being there.

Your price is confirmed in writing before we start. Starting prices are for a studio or 1‑bedroom. The final price depends on the size of the home and the amount of belongings, and it's confirmed in a written estimate after your free walkthrough. Nothing is added without your OK.

Just need a hand with a closet, a garage, or one room? Hourly help is $60 an hour, with a 4-hour minimum.
